2. Hui 'an Stone Carving: Hui 'an is known as the "hometown of stone carving". Stone carving works are mainly composed of bluestone and granite, which are mainly composed of 200 varieties in four categories: relief, round carving, shadow carving and inscription. The stone pillars of the Great Hall of the People in Beijing are Hui 'an stone carvings, such as the Dalongzhu in Longshan Temple in Taipei, the bluestone building in Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum in Nanjing, and the Yongquan Temple in Gushan, which have a long history.

Lao Fan Wan Zhi's Divine Comedy: Lao Fan Wan Zhi's Divine Comedy was founded in the eleventh year of Qing Yongzheng (1733), and it was named after Fan Zhongyan's ambition of "being a good doctor instead of a good doctor". It was made by Wu Yifei, a famous doctor in Quanzhou at that time. The Massa Medicata Fermentata is made of grain and beans as the main raw materials, with more than 50 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines, and refined through multiple processes. Yongchun Vinegar: Yongchun Vinegar, Shanxi Mature Vinegar, Zhenjiang Fragrant Vinegar and Sichuan Baoning Vinegar are also called Fujian Redmi Vinegar and Black Vinegar, which first appeared in the early years of the Northern Song Dynasty. It is made of glutinous rice, red rice, sesame and sugar through a unique process.
