Functionally, the whole park is divided into five sections, namely, National Food Club, Entertainment Club, Bar Club, Art Club and five-star hotel.
Its China Restaurant is located in the northwest of the whole park, with a total of 12 Chinese-style buildings (1.3 million ㎡), which will integrate the flagship food stores around the world, including innovative Chinese food enterprises, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and overseas classic food. This area will bring together international cuisines and China cuisines to create a brand-new gourmet consumption experience and sensory feast for tourists.
The bar meeting is located in the northeast area of the park, adjacent to Tonghui River. It is a super-large quadrangle-style building complex, which integrates amorous feelings bars, private kitchens and theme restaurants. Even in the noisiest season, you can relax outside the noise and feel the charm of luxury.
Located in the middle of the park, the entertainment center is a super-large panoramic one-stop entertainment and leisure area in Shisheng Longyuan. Located in the south of the park, the Art Exchange integrates China antiques, jewels and jade, paintings and sculptures, foreign artworks, gold artworks, diamond trading and other artworks, and integrates various functions such as exhibition, communication, promotion, appraisal and auction. It will become the largest trading center of antiques, gold and diamonds in Beijing with the most complete categories, the highest grade and the most activities.
Five-star hotel is located in the east of the whole park, with a total construction area of over 50,000 ㎡. The overall decoration, like the park, belongs to the classical decoration in China. After opening, it will be the only luxury five-star hotel in China.
Transportation: Our park is just across the river from Jingtong Expressway, 3 kilometers from Guo Mao and 0/.8 kilometers from Huamao/KLOC-0. The intersection of Binhe Road and Cangku West Road across the park makes our park in the center of connecting the Fourth Ring Road and Gaobeidian, Guangdong-Guangxi Road and Chaoyang Road, extending in all directions, and the traffic is very convenient. The roads in my garden are also clearly staggered. There are more than 6,000 parking spaces in my garden, which can fully meet the traffic demand and allow customers who come to my garden to enter the room in the shortest time to complete their consumption.
