Article 42 Where a citizen leaves his domicile and actually lives in another domicile for a long time, he shall declare his domicile to the public security organ. The migration of citizens' household registration follows the principle that the actual residence is consistent with the household, and the conditional access system is implemented. When handling the transfer formalities, the parties need not provide proof of whether they have a criminal record. The account transfer shall be handled by the transfer person or legal guardian at the local police station or registration center. According to the needs of water conservancy and urban construction, the people's governments at the provincial, city and county levels have issued documents to control population migration, which stipulate that household registration management in the region shall be implemented according to its provisions. Chengdu implements a separate household registration policy, and the specific household registration conditions and registration methods are formulated by Chengdu itself. The migration of household registration in ethnic autonomous areas shall comply with the relevant provisions of autonomous prefectures and autonomous counties.
Article 43 The migration between citizens' immediate family members includes:
Parents take refuge in adult children or minor children take refuge in their parents (except for towns taking refuge in rural areas);
(2) Migration between husband and wife. In line with the above conditions, after the applicant submits the relevant certification materials, the police station or the accreditation center will directly handle it.
Forty-fourth citizens to purchase, inheritance and other legal means to obtain the ownership and use of housing, I, spouse and minor children in the local police station or accreditation center to submit the relevant documents to move into the account. If the real estate license is registered as * * * with property rights, and the owner of * * * is not an immediate relative, it must be approved by the owner of * * * and a written report must be issued on the spot to determine one of them.
If the account transfer is abandoned, the other party may handle it in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph. When buying a second-hand house, the new owner must go through the formalities of buying a house and moving the household registration with relevant supporting materials after the original owner moves out. Minors need both parents or one of them to apply for settlement when buying a house, because they do not have full capacity, and minor children will move with them.
Forty-fifth people who have legally stable residences (including leases) in large, medium and small cities and towns in this province, themselves and their spouses, minor children and parents who live together, can apply for the transfer of permanent residence locally.
