4. Precautions for participation:
1) The employer can only come to the school after being confirmed by the Student Affairs Office of Xuancheng Campus. Students who come to the school should not have a history of living in a middle-high risk area or contact with potential infected persons within 14 days. They should cooperate with the information registration, temperature detection and green code inspection of the "electronic health card" and "travel card", provide negative reports of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before entering the school, and wear masks throughout the recruitment activities. The employer shall provide the Application Form for Recruiters of the Employer in Xuancheng Campus of Hefei University of Technology one week in advance.
(2) 30 minutes before the official start of the presentation, you can enter the presentation venue for distribution, and you can put Yi Labao at the entrance of the presentation classroom for publicity, but please don't affect the normal traffic. Please do not post or place banners, posters, Yi Labao and other promotional materials in other parts of the campus. (5) Anyone who fails to comply with the epidemic prevention arrangements, violates the relevant state regulations, or practices fraud, the Student Affairs Office of Xuancheng Campus will stop all its enrollment activities until relevant legal responsibilities are investigated.
(6) Publicity and recruitment activities must comply with the relevant provisions of the state. If the recruitment activities change due to the epidemic and other reasons, the Student Affairs Office of Xuancheng Campus will adjust and change the recruitment activities according to the regulations, and inform the employers and graduates in time.
(7) During the epidemic prevention and control period, offline recruitment activities are only open to our students. Participants can obtain offline campus recruitment information through the employment information network of Xuancheng Campus of Hefei University of Technology. When attending the meeting, you must scan the QR code of the venue and show your campus card or student ID card, queue up in and out in an orderly manner, and sit alone.
(8) Small vehicles of the employer enter and exit from the north gate (Wenjing Road) of Xuancheng Campus, while recruiters enter and exit from the east gate (Xunhua Road) of Xuancheng Campus, and other school gates refuse to enter and leave the campus. Large vehicles need to be reported to the student affairs office teacher of Xuancheng campus in advance.
