The traffic expressway intersects with S234, S333 and S334 in turn from Xianghe Township, Chunshui Town, Fuzhuang Township, Jialou Township, Wangdian Township and Gaoyi Township in Biyang County, ends at Tongshan Lake in the southeast of Biyang County, and intersects with Zhumadian-Biyang Expressway.

The total length is 44.922 kilometers, and the whole line is designed as two-way four lanes. The roadbed is 28 meters wide and the design speed is 120 kilometers per hour.
