If you want to restore deleted recordings, you can use the recycle bin tool on your mobile phone. I don't know if you are an iPhone or an Android phone. Let's take the iPhone as an example to introduce two methods.

Method 1 is suitable for less than 30 days, and method 2 is suitable for permanent deletion.

Method 1. Open the voice memo of iPhone, click "Delete Recently", then find the voice memo you want to restore, and click "Restore" to restore the voice memo of iPhone.

Method two. After installing the Data Frog Apple Recovery Expert, start it on the computer, and then connect the iPhone to the computer with a USB cable.
