If it is necessary to use special shrubs to burn ash and filter out alkaline water, farmers and women will go up the mountain to find this special shrub, cut it down and take it home to dry. In order to eat potato buns, sweet potatoes and taro buns in spring and summer, farmers should put potatoes, sweet potatoes and taro in the cellar in autumn.
There are many kinds of _ in Ningdu, and the methods of doing _ are different. Before beating glutinous rice, steam it, then pour it into the nest and beat it into paste with a special hammer. Yellow _ and waxy _ do the same thing, except that the rice should be soaked in yellow alkaline water for a period of time before steaming. To make potato steamed bread and taro steamed bread, you should first grind the soaked rice into pulp, brush the potatoes and taro into pulp with a dental bowl, then mix the two pulps together, mix well, add salt and chopped green onion, grab the pulp by hand, make it into a circle, and burn it in an oil pan. When burning sweet potatoes and bean cakes, directly add sweet potato shreds or beans into the rice slurry. To make rice paste, lime water should be added to the rice paste. To make muffins and steamed bread, you add wine to the rice slurry for fermentation, and then steam it in a pot.
_ There are different ways to do it and eat it. Steaming _ delicate lubrication, eating methods vary from person to person. If you like spicy food, you can fry it; if you like sweet food, you can dip it in sugar; if you like spicy food, you can dip it in Chili water. The Lantern Festival in Ningdu is usually associated with the Spring Festival. Roast meat during the Spring Festival. We must celebrate _ in July, because we will use _ to worship the heavens and the earth and our ancestors. During the Chinese New Year, glutinous rice, yellow rice, oil cakes, potato buns, taro buns and sweet potatoes will be cooked, and many people will burn a laundry list. There were many guests in the first month. When the guests arrive, steam them, serve fruit bowls, pour wine or boiled water, and sit together happily.
_ It is a necessity to entertain guests in Ningdu. When the distinguished guests come, they must burn _ (people call it "frying pan") to show their enthusiasm and respect for the guests. A bowl of yellow _ with some meatballs, pork and other noodles is a bowl of Hakka "soup", which is the way to treat distinguished guests. The first dish at the banquet in Huangpi Town, my hometown, is "grilled fish" cooked with flour (in fact, it is oil cake, and there is no fish in it, unlike potatoes wrapped in fish in Qingtang and Laicun in Ningdu).
There are many _ in Ningdu, many people like to eat _, and many people burn _ and sell. In cities and rural areas, a stove, a pot, a bundle of firewood and a bucket of pulp can all be sold.
