Both of them should be fine. Calcium gluconate may be better absorbed, but vitamin D should be supplemented at the same time. Read the instructions carefully and don't eat too much. It is not good to eat too much vitamin d.
If the test is really calcium deficiency, it is better to take medicine to supplement it, which is much faster than food supplement. If not, there is no need. Bone soup has no effect of supplementing calcium. What melts into the soup is the colloid and fat in the bone, and calcium is insoluble.
