1. The notary office shall make a statement and clearly give a notarial certificate;

2. Drive the vehicle to the vehicle inspection office for external inspection, and then enter the transfer hall for filing procedures;

3. License plate selection;

4. move out.

What information do I need to bring to transfer the gift vehicle?

1, car gift between husband and wife, just bring vehicle registration certificate, driving license, ID cards of both parties and marriage certificate, and drive to the vehicle management office;

2. For vehicle donation between relatives and friends, both the donor and the recipient need to go to the notary office for notarization, and then donate to the vehicle management office with notarized certificate, vehicle driving license and registration certificate.

A gift contract is a contract in which the donor gives his property to the donee free of charge and the donee expresses his acceptance of the gift.

Article 659

If the donated property needs to go through registration or other formalities according to law, it shall go through the relevant formalities.

Article 662

If the donated property is defective, the donor shall not be liable. If the donated property is defective, the donor shall bear the same responsibilities as the seller within the scope of obligations.

If the donor intentionally fails to inform of the defects or fails to guarantee that there are no defects, thus causing losses to the donee, he shall be liable for compensation.
