Baishui County is located in the northeast of Shaanxi Province, in the transition zone between Guanzhong Plain and Northern Shaanxi Plateau. It is the throat of Guanzhong and northern Shaanxi, and it is named after the Baishui River. Baishui county is located in east longitude 109. 16′- 109。 45 degrees 35 minutes north latitude. 4 ′-35。 Between 27' and 27', it faces Chengcheng County across the Luohe River in the east, Wulong Mountain Scenic Resort Scenic Area in pucheng county in the south, Weibei Black Belt in the west, Huanglong Mountain and Yanmen Mountain in the north, and is adjacent to Yijun, Huanglong and Luochuan counties. The county covers a total area of 986.6 square kilometers, including 720,000 mu of cultivated land, 6 towns and 8 townships, 194 administrative villages with a total population of 300,000. Baishui County has a complicated landform and broken terrain. Three mountains (Yanmen Mountain in the northwest, Huanglong Mountain in the northeast and Wulong Mountain Scenic Resort Scenic Area in the southeast) are scattered, and five plateaus (Dayang Plateau, Shiguan Plateau, He Yao Plateau, Beijingtou Plateau and Leicun Plateau) are undulating. Two rivers (east of Baishui River in the south) pass along the border, with gullies1/kloc-0. The plateau surface inclines from north to south, with an altitude drop of 446- 1568m and an average altitude of about 850m m. Luohe River runs through the territory from northwest to southwest, cutting white water into two blocks: Henan and Hebei. Geomorphology is generally divided into four types: middle and low mountainous areas, loess plateau, loess plateau and loess gully. Baishui County has a forest coverage rate of 28.8% and a vegetation coverage rate of 36.3%, which is dominated by perennial herbs and shrubs, and a small number of arbor forests and economic forests dominated by apples.
