Entrust:
Party A entrusts Party B to provide master of ceremonies for its wedding in the hotel lobby (address:No. Downtown Road) on, and appoints master of ceremonies to preside over the wedding celebration ceremony on that day.

Party A only needs to pay RMB deposit when signing the contract. The balance is RMB Yuan only, which will be paid to the wedding unit or the MC himself after the wedding.
After Party A pays the deposit, Party B shall issue relevant receipts.
Party B shall issue a unified invoice to Party A after collecting all the fees.
I. Rights and obligations of Party A:
Party A has the obligation to actively cooperate with Party B to perform this contract, including communicating with the designated emcee, discussing the details of the wedding process, and informing itself of the requirements for the wedding tone and simple family members.
Two. Rights and obligations of Party B:
The emcee of Party B will interview Party A about the wedding process and details one month before the wedding, and release the process according to the discussion results. (with process details)
The MC will arrive at the hotel at 8 pm on the wedding day to make preparations in advance;
Party B promises that the host will be civilized in language and will not use vulgar language and jokes.
If the emcee cannot come to preside over the ceremony due to illness or other force majeure reasons, the wedding unit will provide the emcee with the same price or above for Party A to choose.
Three. Transfer of contractual rights and obligations:
Party A agrees that in case of force majeure, Party B will transfer part of Party B's rights and obligations in this contract to a third party. If the transfer causes losses to Party A, the actual losses shall be borne by Party B first, and then Party A shall assist Party B to claim compensation, but Party B shall give reasonable compensation for the assistance provided by Party A. ..
During the validity period of the contract, either party shall not be responsible for the delay or failure to perform the contract obligations directly caused by the force majeure event (but must produce valid certificates), and the party shall also take necessary measures to reduce the losses caused.
Four. Liability for breach of contract:
In case of any dispute over the service quality of MC, both parties agree to submit it to the Evaluation Center of Shanghai Wedding Industry Association for appraisal and evaluation. If there are any problems after the evaluation, Party B shall compensate Party A for the losses in accordance with the Interim Measures for Handling Complaints about Wedding Etiquette in Shanghai issued by Shanghai Wedding Industry Association. Otherwise, Party A shall bear the responsibility. In case of any dispute arising from unilateral withdrawal without reason, both parties agree to handle it in accordance with the Interim Measures of Shanghai Municipality on Handling Complaints about Wedding Etiquette.

Party B shall follow the route required by Party A, which is as follows:
If there is any change in the above itinerary, Party A shall notify Party B three days in advance.
Party B shall drive according to the route required by Party A. If the driving route is changed without Party A's consent, resulting in the mileage exceeding the contract, Party B has no right to ask Party A to increase any fees.
Iii. Terms of payment:
On the day of signing the contract, Party A shall pay the deposit to Party B, and Party B shall issue the corresponding receipt voucher.
The remaining amount shall be paid by Party A in one lump sum the day after the vehicle is used up. Party B shall issue a unified invoice to Party A after collecting all the fees.
Four. Other agreements:
Renting long vehicles is not allowed to enter the new village or alley, and passengers need to get on the bus at the agreed intersection or alley.
When the road width is less than 5 meters, passengers need to get on and off at the nearest intersection if the super-long car cannot enter or turn around.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) liability for breach of contract:
1. If the car is returned due to Party A's reasons. If the car is returned within one month from the date of using the car, the prepaid car money will be deducted as liquidated damages; If the car is returned within three days, the car payment paid in advance by Party A shall be deducted as liquidated damages.
2. If the wedding car arrives at the agreed place within 1 hour after the agreed time, and Party B is responsible for the compensation of the car, it will be compensated for the delay of 1 hour to 2 hours, and Party A will be exempted from paying the rental fee for the delay of 2 hours.
3. If Party B's vehicle can't be started according to the original agreement due to failure or special reasons, Party B shall inform Party A to change the vehicle 15 days in advance, and Party B will provide vehicles of the same level or above for replacement in time. If Party A requests to return the car, it will be returned in full. If the notice is not given 15 days in advance, and the wedding car fails to reach the agreed place on the wedding day, Party B shall be responsible for compensation. The compensation method is to refund all the fees charged to Party A and compensate twice the car price agreed in this agreement at one time.
4. If the leased vehicle breaks down during driving and can no longer be used, the company will replace it with a vehicle of the same level (or higher than the vehicle level). If the fault starts, the total rental fee of the day will be refunded within one hour, and it will not be replaced after one hour, and the replacement vehicle will be guaranteed for the customer to continue to use.
5. If the wedding car has no air conditioning, all the money will be refunded.
Article 6 Settlement of Contract Disputes
In case of any dispute during the execution of this contract, if both parties fail to negotiate, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people's court with jurisdiction.
