Xiangrui Hotel in Kunming is near the railway station. It takes about 8 minutes to walk and at least 10 minutes to get there. Go south along Cheng Chun Road, turn right at the first traffic light intersection (Shanghai Salon intersection), and then walk to the intersection with Beijing Road and you will see the railway station square.

You don't need to take a bus for such a short distance. When you get there, you can walk to the bus stop. If there are too many things, take a taxi.
