Ceramic cups can be used to stew bird's nest. Take a cup with a capacity of 350c.c, wash 5 grams of dried bird's nest, add 250c.c and soak it in the cup porcelain for 2 hours, and then add your favorite ingredients, such as red dates, longan, American ginseng and medlar. (Only one can be used), add a proper amount of rock sugar and put it directly into the pot. After adding water to the pot, steam the bird's nest in water and boil for 25 minutes.
