The Yellow Crane Tower, located in Wuchang District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, is located at the top of the Snake Mountain and near the Yangtze River. It is a landmark building in Wuhan. Outside the building, there are bronze yellow cranes, victory pagodas, archways, pavilions and other buildings. The History and Culture of Yellow Crane Tower

1, because the fairy said

There are two theories about immortals. According to legend, there was a fairy driving a crane through here, hence the name. It is said that a Taoist painted a dancing yellow crane on the wall of Xin's restaurant, and the business in the store was very good. Ten years later, the Taoist priest came back, recruited the yellow crane with a flute and flew away by crane. The Xin family also invested in the construction of a building called the Yellow Crane Tower.

2. Yinshan said

According to historical research, the Yellow Crane Tower was named after it was built on Huanggu Mountain. In ancient times, the words "mandarin fish" and "crane" changed from one sound to another, which were common to each other, hence the name "Yellow Crane Tower".

3. The poet put pen to paper

When Cui Hao boarded the Yellow Crane Tower, he wrote "Yellow Crane Tower" with his own talent and deep homesickness: "A long time ago, a yellow crane carried a saint to heaven, and now there is nothing left but the Yellow Crane Tower. The yellow crane never revisited earth, there have been no long white clouds for thousands of years. Every tree in Hanyang has become clear due to sunlight, and Nautilus Island is covered with sweet grass. But I looked home, the twilight was getting thicker, and the mist of sadness was filled on the river waves. " This poem made Li Bai, who later boarded the Yellow Crane Tower, sigh: "There is no scenery in front of me, and Cui Hao wrote a poem on it."
