What is debriefing?
Debriefing refers to the process of summarizing, reporting and evaluating the work and positions held in a certain period of time.

Debriefing is a comprehensive survey of the work performance, work ability and work attitude of individuals or groups, aiming at finding problems, summing up experience, improving work efficiency and promoting the development of individuals or groups. Review the work in the past period of time, sort out the achievements and shortcomings in the work process, analyze the reasons and summarize the experiences and lessons.

Report the work progress, completion, work plan and implementation to the superior leaders or relevant personnel, so that the superior leaders or relevant personnel can understand the actual situation of individual or group work. Make an objective and fair evaluation of individual or group's work performance, work ability and work attitude, point out their advantages and disadvantages, and provide reference for future work.
