The peak season is at the end of the year and usually lasts until March-April.

June, July and August are holidays in Europe, not all over the world. Not everyone in the world is as laid-back as Europeans. Therefore, it is the off-season of seaborne exports.

At the end of the year, many countries in the world celebrate Christmas, so the demand is naturally relatively large. Other times are separate, some national days, weddings, local festivals, and the time is uncertain. This is the peak season for exports.

Peak season: refers to the period when activities increase and the period or season when product output and sales increase.

Off-season: a season when business is not prosperous or production is low, and a period of reduced activity.

Maritime export refers to the export from one country to another by sea in international shipping.
