Ruzhou City is located in the central and western part of Henan Province, named after the North Ruhe River runs through the whole territory, with a total area of 1.573 square kilometers and a total population of1.2000. The painted pottery jar with stork axe unearthed in Ruzhou is the earliest and largest pottery painting found in China so far. Ru Ci, a native of Ruzhou, was the first of the five famous porcelains in Song Dynasty.
Ru Ci, Shi Ru and Rutie are also known as the three treasures of Ruzhou, enjoying a good reputation at home and abroad. Quju, which was born in Ruzhou, is the second largest drama in Henan and has been selected as a national intangible cultural heritage.
