Exercise:
1. First pour the yellow wheat into the basin, prepare a bowl of water, add it slowly, and stir it into a knot with chopsticks.
2. Prepare the steamer, spread the cloth of the steamer, spread the mixed noodles on a flat layer, steam for a few minutes on high fire, and then spread the second layer with hot air. And so on, about 15 minutes is enough.
Dip in some cold water and knead the noodles into dough while it is hot. You can add a proper amount of oil to prevent your hands from sticking to the pot.
4. I forgot to take this step. This is the stuffing. You don't have to wrap it, either sweet or salty, just like a stuffed cake.
5. Prepare a pan or electric baking pan, pour a proper amount of oil, and when the oil is hot, turn to low heat, add yellow cakes and fry until both sides are golden.
6. Take out the tray and eat it.
