It is located on the bank of Jialing River, backed by Jinping Mountain and facing Longjiao Mountain, covering an area of about 500 mu. It was built by China Wu Ye Group. It is an urban sports center integrating urban leisure, cultural exposition, fitness and outdoor experience, with a total construction area of about 1.8 million square meters.
