Open a wedding photo, select it, copy and paste it into the background layer, and adjust the picture to a suitable position with the adjustment tool.

Then, use the lasso tool to roughly select the characters and get the selected area as shown in the figure. Click the Select-Feather command, set the feathering radius to 30, and then click OK. Click the "Select"-"Deselect" command, press the Delete key to delete, press the Ctrl+D key to cancel the selection, and use the adjustment tool to adjust the position of the picture to get the effect as shown in the figure.

Next, we will make some simple small pictures for decoration, open a new picture file, select the ellipse tool, hold down the Shift key, draw a circular selection, adjust the position of the appropriate selection, and press the Ctrl+C key to copy and paste into the file in Figure 4. Finally, we make a simple modification to the picture-stroke. Click the Add Layer Style button in the Layer Control Panel and select the Stroke option from the pop-up list. In the same way, draw circular selection areas with different sizes, set border lines with different colors, and then make two other pictures to get the effect.

Finally, just add some words to the picture and enter some necessary explanatory words to get a poster to enter.
