Production process:
1. First, lay the printed and cleaned items flat on the console, keep them horizontal, and wait for them to drip.
2. According to the dosage, take a cup, accurately weigh glue A (for example, 90g), then weigh glue A and glue B (30g), and mix them evenly according to the ratio of 3: 1 (some crystal glue ingredients are 2: 1, others are1). ) 3. Take a clean syringe, suck the prepared glue into the syringe and drop it evenly on the surface of signs, badges and so on. Generally, the thickness of crystal glue layer is 2mm, so it can be leveled naturally.
4. 3-5 minutes after crystal glue drip, observe whether there are bubbles or dust particles on the rubber surface. If there are small bubbles, you can pick them off with a small needle. If you find that the dead corner is not smoothed with crystal glue, you can extradite them with a needle.
5. The poured name plate is cured 10- 14 hours at the room temperature of 20℃-22℃, and hardened into a crystal plate with non-stick surface.
6. If it is an adhesive, trademark, etc. Its thickness is very thin and its boundary is not obvious. It is easy to cause crystal glue overflow when pouring, and it is difficult to reach the thickness of 2mm. Therefore, when making crystal glue, the viscosity should be controlled according to different conditions, and it can be left for 1-2 hours in the smearing process to improve the viscosity and adapt to the perfusion of thin crystal glue.
7. Make a crystal glue name tag with a thickness of over 2mm, and you can drop it twice. After the first drop, cure for 3-5 hours, and then drop another layer.
8. Cleaning after plastic dripping (using toluene, xylene and cyclohexanone) containers need to be cleaned. If the glue is insoluble in any solvent after hardening, it must be cleaned in machines and containers before hardening. The products made of crystal glue have the advantages of good vision, high transparency and high gloss, and should be widely used in screen printing industry. Note: If the weather is very cold, first heat and dilute the glue A to about 15 degrees.
