If consumer complaints or losses are caused by food and product quality problems of Party B and its leased merchants, Party B's leased merchants shall be responsible for resolving disputes through consultation with consumers or third parties, compensating consumers or third parties for losses, and bear all legal responsibilities to government agencies and consumers.
