In order to improve the land and water traffic conditions at the south gate of the lake city, on August 27th, the Wuyi Bridge in Huzhou, 104 national highway was rebuilt. The project starts at the intersection of National Highway 104 and Huzhou Station Road and ends near Daochang Township on the south side of the intersection of National Highway 104 and Erhuan South Road. The total length of the route is 2 kilometers, designed according to the technical standard of two-way six-lane first-class highway, with a design speed of 60 kilometers per hour.
According to the traffic organization plan of the preliminary design of the project, the road section will be closed at that time, and only all vehicles will be allowed to pass in one direction, that is, vehicles will be allowed to pass from south to north, and all vehicles will be prohibited from passing from north to south. This traffic organization plan will have a great impact on the travel habits of many citizens and the normal operation of existing bus lines, so how to take this road during construction?
It lasted three and a half years from west to east.
As an important traffic passage of the "South Gate" of Lake City, the vicinity of Wuyi Bridge is always congested during holidays. Recently, citizens passing by Wuyi Bridge found that various construction signs were erected in all directions leading to this road early to remind citizens to divert traffic. Because the Wuyi Bridge is going to have a "major operation" this time.
Because the Laowu 1 Bridge is an underwater truss arch structure, the height and width of navigation clearance are difficult to meet the navigation requirements of large ships. In the early stage, many ship collision accidents have occurred in the arches on both sides of the bridge, which was identified as a four-level dangerous bridge by monitoring. At the same time, with the rapid development of social economy in Shinan District and the frequent intersection of Gangnan Road, Dongpo Road and Wuyi Bridge, the traffic pressure on this section has been further increased, and traffic jams have occurred from time to time.
104 The commencement of the reconstruction project of the Wuyi Bridge in Huzhou, a national highway, means that this "long-standing problem" that has puzzled citizens for many years is finally expected to be improved. "The reconstruction project of National Highway 104 Huzhou Wuyi Bridge is one of the key projects of the city's traffic' 44110' determined by the Huzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government. After the completion of this project, it is of great significance to alleviate the traffic congestion at the south gate of Huzhou, improve the traffic capacity of the Changhu-Shenyang route, and promote the development and construction of the southern suburbs. " The relevant person in charge of the municipal transportation department said.
It is understood that the construction area starts at the intersection of National Highway 104 and Huzhou Station Road and ends at the south side of the intersection of National Highway 104 and Erhuan South Road near Dojo Township. The total length of the route is 2 kilometers. The construction sequence is to dismantle the west half of the bridge first, and then dismantle the east half of the bridge. The whole project construction period is about 42 months.
In order to maintain normal traffic order and ensure traffic safety during the construction period, the traffic police department will implement traffic control measures in the project implementation area. Among them, the traffic control time is: the first stage, starting at 9: 30 am on August 27th, 20 14, and the west half of the bridge is completed and opened to traffic, with a construction period of about 20 months. The opening time of the West Half Bridge and the second-phase construction control will be notified separately.
Here, the relevant departments remind the majority of car owners to ask the units and individuals affected by traffic control measures to make arrangements as soon as possible, choose reasonable travel routes and consciously abide by the traffic control regulations during the construction period.
It is reported that traffic control measures include closed traffic in the west half of Wuyi Bridge and one-way traffic in the east half from south to north. Motor vehicles that used to pass Wuyi Bridge from Huzhou to Hangzhou must now bypass Gangnan Road or Hongfeng Road to Erhuan West Road. In other words, vehicles going to Hangzhou can only bypass the Second Ring Road and leave the city.
Citizens who live in the east of the city can choose Huyan Highway and Shenjiahu Expressway to go directly to Hangzhou. You can also bypass the Second Ring Road through Gangnan Road, Hongfeng West Road and Hongqi Road Extension Line, and then take 104 National Road out of the city. Citizens who live in the development zone can directly choose Daxiang Road, Fenghuang Road and other roads to go out of the city on the Second Ring Road. According to estimates, it takes about 10 minutes for citizens to bypass the Second Ring Road from the original site of Wuyi Bridge.
Due to the traffic control of the bridge, the traffic pressure in the west of the Second Ring Road has doubled, so citizens should pay attention to traffic safety when passing through this section. In addition, during traffic control, all non-motor vehicles and pedestrians can still pass normally. It is reported that the staff of the Municipal Traffic Construction Administration has contacted and communicated with relevant units for many times, and constantly improved the traffic organization plan for the demolition of old bridges. In mid-July, a review meeting was organized for the "National Road 104 Huzhou Wuyi Bridge Reconstruction Project". The meeting agreed to take two-way traffic measures for non-motor vehicles and pedestrians, which saved the trouble of long-distance detour to and from Wuyi Bridge during construction.
