According to the Minimum Wage Regulations (former Order No.21of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security), the Interim Provisions on the Minimum Wage of Enterprises in Jiangsu Province (Order No.56 of the Provincial Government), the Notice of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard in Jiangsu Province (No.2017) and the Notice on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard in Our City (even people)
1. The adjusted monthly minimum wage standard: Ganyu District (Category III area) 1520 yuan/month; The hourly minimum wage standard is: Ganyu District (Class III District) 13.5 yuan/hour.
The internship remuneration paid by the enterprise to the internship students and the labor remuneration of the work-study students shall be paid by the hour, and shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard for part-time employment hours.
Two, the following items are not part of the minimum wage, the employer shall pay separately according to the provisions:
Overtime pay;
(2) allowances under special working environments and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful;
(3) Housing accumulation fund paid by employees according to the lower limit;
(four) the laws, regulations and the provisions of the state employee welfare.
