How is the luminous effect of fonts made?
In word, the glowing text effect is set to "red, 18pt glows, emphasizing the text color 2.

The method comprises the following steps:

1. Open the WORD document to be operated, select the relevant text, and click the Expand button in the lower right corner of the font in the Start tab.

2. Click "Text Effect" below to make relevant settings.

3. Click "Glow and Smooth Edge" on the left, find it in the preset under "Glow" on the right and click "Red, 18pt glows, emphasizing text color 2", then close and return to the previous setting interface.

4. Click the OK button.

5. Back to the main document, I found that the luminous text effect in word is set to "red, 18pt luminous, emphasizing text color 2".
