Newspapers, radio, television, internet and other news media should do a good job in fireworks safety management and publicity.
Article 6 Units and individuals engaged in wedding and funeral services within their jurisdiction shall not commit the following acts in wedding and funeral services:

(three) to provide customers with services to transport fireworks.
Article 7 Hotels and hotel operators who undertake wedding services in their respective jurisdictions shall inform citizens who hold weddings in their hotels and hotels in advance of the regulations prohibiting the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers, and make them clear in the contract. At the same time, discourage the discharge of fireworks and firecrackers for wedding activities in the three-package responsibility area in front of the city appearance and environmental sanitation, and report to the public security organs in time if they do not listen to dissuasion.
Eighth any unit or individual has the right to stop the production, operation (including storage), transportation and fireworks in violation of these measures, and can report to the safety production supervision and management departments and public security organs. After receiving the report, the safety production supervision and management department and the public security organ shall handle it in time.
Ninth fireworks in this area, the public security organ shall order it to stop, and impose a fine of more than 500 yuan 100 yuan; Those who violate the administration of public security shall be punished according to law.
Tenth units or individuals engaged in wedding and funeral services, in violation of the provisions of these measures, engaged in fireworks products, shall be ordered by the safety production supervision and management department to stop business activities, a fine of 20 thousand yuan; The designated customers who buy and set off fireworks and firecrackers shall be ordered by the public security organs to make corrections and be fined 1000 yuan to 5,000 yuan.
Eleventh hotels and hotel operators who undertake wedding services fail to fulfill the obligations stipulated in Article 7 of these Measures and emit smoke due to wedding activities.
