According to the Regulations of Nantong Municipality on the Administration of Fireworks and Firecrackers and the provisions of this circular, Haimen Street, Binjiang Street, Sanchang Street, Sanxing Town and Haiyong Town (the schematic diagram of the forbidden area is attached) are prohibited from discharging fireworks and firecrackers all the year round. Please observe the following regulations:
First, opening, celebrations and other activities, it is forbidden to set off fireworks and firecrackers in the forbidden area.
