The problem of sound synchronization doesn't need to be considered at all. In post-production, only one camera sound is needed (close-up sound is recommended). Don't stop two cameras when shooting, and you can almost ignore the mouth shape problem in the later double-track editing.
Precautions:
The white balance/aperture/shutter of the close-up machine must be manual, otherwise the picture will be unstable due to the change of light when moving and tracking.
Don't pause the shooting process, otherwise multiple scraps will be formed, which will increase the difficulty in the later stage.
