There shall be no less than 4 nails at the joint of the four corner pads of the tray and no less than 3 nails at the joint of the inner pad; 6. There shall be no less nails, crooked nails and inclined nails on the tray, and the nail tip and nail head shall not be exposed; II. Acceptance standard of dimensions: 1, plane dimensions of ordinary pallets: 900*900mm, 960*960mm,1100 *100 mm,1/kloc. 2. Section size of pallet supporting wood: 90 * 90 mm, with a tolerance of 2 mm; Section size of 720*720 pallet support wood: 50*90, tolerance 2mm 3, pallet plate thickness 15mm, tolerance 60mm, thickened plate thickness 20mm, tolerance 2mm; 4. The tray size with special specifications: 720*720mm, with a tolerance of -20-0mm, and the spacing between supporting trees under the tray > > 570mm；; 5. The batten thickness at the bottom of the tray is >10mm; 6. The length of the nail used for fixing is > 6 cm. Three. Inspection process: 1. The quality inspection department is responsible for the sampling inspection of pallets when they enter the factory, and immediately take 10 pallets of each type for appearance and size acceptance. When the qualified rate of sampling inspection is greater than 95%, the warehouse will accept them; When the qualified rate is less than or equal to 85%, this batch of pallets is regarded as unqualified and will not be accepted by the warehouse; 2. When the inspection rate is less than 85% and the qualified rate is less than 95%, it can be accepted by concession with the approval of the general manager, but the pallet settlement price should be lowered; 3. In the course of use, if the user department and personnel find any pallet that does not meet the quality standards, they should reject it and return it to the warehouse according to the actual quantity, and the purchasing department will return it to the supplier. These Provisions shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
