Unscrew the fan handle and polish each fan bone with fine sandpaper. Sprinkle some talcum powder or talcum powder before installation.

Don't bother, just sprinkle talcum powder on the joint of the handle and move it a few times, which is usually enough. If not, you have to take it apart and polish it!
