Article 15 When the national flag is hoisted, it shall be placed in a prominent position.

When carrying the national flag and other flags, the national flag should precede the other flags.

When the national flag and other flags are hoisted at the same time, the national flag should be placed in the center, higher or prominent position.

When the national flags of more than two countries are hoisted at the same time in foreign affairs activities, they shall be hoisted in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or international practice.

Article 16 When the national flag is hoisted or lowered on a vertical flagpole, it should be hoisted or lowered slowly. When raised, the national flag must be raised to the top of the pole; When lowered, the national flag must not land.
