From the point of view of silk quilt, mulberry silk is the best. General mulberry silk (generally refers to the silk spit out by silkworm babies who eat mulberry leaves in the south, with soft texture and long silk) is what we call filament, also called super-grade silk.

There is also a kind of silk squeezing (the silk spit out by the silkworm babies who eat squeezed leaves in the north is shorter and harder), which is what we call short silk, also called first-class silk.

According to geographical names, the quality of silk quilts in Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province is better than that in Jiangsu Province.

All of the above are pure. As long as it is 100%, first-grade or super-grade silk can be used.
