2. Standardize the procedures and methods of inventory acceptance, establish the system of inventory in and out of the warehouse, and take stock of the inventory regularly (when the inventory flows between different warehouses, the warehousing procedures should be handled, and the inventory entrusted for consignment, temporary storage and processing should be stored and recorded separately, etc. ).

3. Define the approval authority for issuing and receiving inventory. The distribution of a large number of stocks, precious commodities or dangerous goods shall be specially authorized, and the warehousing department shall issue materials according to the approved sales (outbound) notice.

4. The warehousing department should record the situation of purchasing, selling and storing in detail, and check with the accounting department and the inventory management department regularly.

5. Establish an inventory system, and conduct a comprehensive inventory at least at the end of each year. The inventory results should form a written report.
