(a) myths, legends, stories, epics, ancient songs and other traditional oral literature and its language as a carrier;
(two) music, painting, dance, sports, entertainment and other traditional art forms;
(three) calendar calculation, Miao medicine Miao medicine, metal smelting and other skills;
(four) funeral, sacrifice, festivals, weddings, etiquette and other traditional folk culture;
(five) musical instruments, weapons, utensils, clothing and other physical objects and their traditional production techniques;
(six) ancient tombs, ancient buildings (structures) and other places;
(seven) sites, relics, mountains and other places;
(eight) other outstanding Miao traditional cultural manifestations and their physical objects and places that reflect the cultural characteristics of the Yalu River.
Objects and places that are part of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River are all cultural relics, and the relevant provisions of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Cultural Relics shall apply. Article 4 The protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River shall follow the policy of giving priority to protection, giving priority to rescue, rational utilization and inheritance and development, adhere to the principle of government leading and social participation, and pay attention to authenticity and integrity. Article 5 The people's governments at or above the county level shall formulate a plan for the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River, and incorporate the protection and inheritance of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River into the national economic and social development plan at the corresponding level, and the required funds shall be included in the fiscal budget at the corresponding level.
Encourage units and individuals to donate the intangible cultural heritage protection funds of Yalu River King. The use of the protection fund shall respect the wishes of the donating units and individuals, and be used exclusively for the protection, management, inheritance and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River. Article 6 The people's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen their leadership in the protection, management, inheritance and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River.
The competent department of intangible cultural heritage of the people's government at or above the county level is responsible for the protection, management, inheritance and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River. Ethnic and religious departments, housing and urban construction, ecological environment and other departments shall, according to their respective responsibilities, do a good job in the protection, management, inheritance and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River.
Township people's governments and sub-district offices shall, jointly with the competent department of intangible cultural heritage of the people's government at the county level, be responsible for the specific work of the protection, management, inheritance and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River.
Village (neighborhood) committees shall assist township people's governments and sub-district offices to do a good job in the protection, management, inheritance and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River in this region. Encourage the formulation of village rules and regulations to protect the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River. Article 7 Units and individuals are encouraged to protect and inherit the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River.
The people's governments at or above the county level may, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, commend and reward the units and individuals that have made remarkable achievements in protecting and inheriting the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River. Chapter II Representative Inheritors Article 8 A qualified individual may be recognized as a representative inheritor of the representative project of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River at the city or county level upon his own application or recommendation by others. The identification of representative inheritors of the national and provincial representative projects of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the province.
The representative inheritor who recommends the representative project of the intangible cultural heritage of Yarlung Zangbo River shall obtain the written consent of the recommended person.
The representative inheritor of the representative project of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River shall be announced to the public after being identified by the competent department of intangible cultural heritage of the people's government at or above the county level, and a representative inheritor certificate shall be issued. Article 9 A representative inheritor who applies for recommending a representative project of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River shall submit the following authentic and accurate materials to the competent department of intangible cultural heritage of the people's government at or above the county level:
(a) the basic information of the applicant or the recommended person;
(2) The inheritance pedigree of the intangible cultural heritage of King Yarlung Zangbo and the academic skills and inheritance experience of the applicant or recommender;
(3) The technical characteristics, achievements and relevant certification materials of the applicant or recommender;
(four) the applicant or recommender holds the physical objects and materials related to the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River;
(5) Other materials explaining the applicant or the recommended person. Article 10 The representative inheritors of the representative projects of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River shall enjoy the following rights:
(a) to enjoy the inheritance subsidies prescribed by the people's government;
(two) to carry out art, lectures, academic research, exchanges and other activities;
(3) Selecting and cultivating inheritors through apprenticeships and other forms;
(four) to participate in related activities and get corresponding remuneration;
(five) other rights related to the protection, management, inheritance and utilization of the intangible cultural heritage of the Yarlung Zangbo River.
