Jiahe Company was founded by Zou Wenhuai, He Guanchang and Liang Feng on 1970 and became a listed company in Hong Kong on 1994. It is one of the most influential film distribution companies in the heyday of Hong Kong's film industry. It has trained a number of internationally influential film stars such as Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan and Maggie Cheung, and has written a brilliant chapter for Hong Kong's films. Jiahe Film Company has funded the production of more than 600 films.

At the end of 2007, the boss Zou Wenhuai decided to retire and changed his name to Orange Sky Golden Harvest in orange sky entertainment, ending a Xiangjiang legend.

Extended data:

The main hero who helped Shaw Film Company conquer the world was a production manager named Zou Wenhuai. Because Zou Wenhuai knew Run Run Run Shaw and Mono-food, he eventually became the production manager, so he betrayed Run Run Shaw and led He Guanchang (who was also one of the heroes who helped Run Run Run Shaw conquer the world) and others to set up Jiahe Company. However, due to Xiao's strength at that time, and Tommy Tam, John Chiang, Wang Yu and other big-name martial arts stars, it was difficult for Jiahe to confront Xiao.

Later, due to Shaw's exclusive diet, he lost two talents: Xu Guanwen and Bruce Lee. Both of them signed contracts with Jiahe, and both made several films that set the highest box office in Hong Kong. Since then, Jiahe has become famous all over the world, and later, Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung and other martial arts stars have appeared.
