Yan Huichang 1983 graduated from Shanghai Conservatory of Music with honors, and was immediately employed as the chief conductor and artistic director of the Central National Orchestra. Yan Huichang has conducted all China professional orchestras in Beijing, Shanghai, Taiwan Province, Singapore and Hongkong, and participated in conducting western symphony orchestras. His artistic and conducting talents have been well received by the music circles at home and abroad.

1987, Yan Huichang was awarded the national first-class conductor by the first professional rating in China. 1Since June 1997, Yan Huichang has been invited as the music director of the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, and in 20001,he led the orchestra into a new stage of enterprise development and entered the Silver Festival. In September of the same year, he was awarded the "200 1 Culture Award" by the Singapore government. In 2004, he was awarded the bronze bauhinia star by the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in recognition of his contribution to the promotion of China music. In the past ten years, under the leadership of Yan Huichang, the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra has developed in an all-round way and actively promoted China's music culture at home and abroad.

In recent years, Yan Huichang has been employed by many music schools as the distinguished professor, and has given lectures and lectures in mainland China and Hongkong for many times. Wei began to learn erhu and Jinghu at the age of 6, solo at the age of 7, and joined Beijing professional literary and art groups at the age of 12. After that, he was widely active in the domestic literary and art circles and won unanimous appreciation from the domestic music circles and audiences at that time. 1982, Wei won the "Excellent Performance Award" in the first national instrumental music competition held by the Ministry of Culture of China. Wei graduated from the Folk Music Department of China Conservatory of Music from 65438 to 0985, and was admitted to the Composition Department of Shanghai Conservatory of Music from 65438 to 0986. In 2004, at the concert of "Night of Huqin Masters in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan" by the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, Wei premiered Jinghu Erhu Double Concerto "Symphony Suite for Yangmen Women" with exquisite interpretation and difficult skills, which received rave reviews.

Wei is currently a Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra and banhu performer. He has taught at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, the Hong Kong Conservatory of Music and the Hong Kong Institute of Education.
