Tools/raw materials
A messy quilt and a pair of virtuous hands.
Steps/methods
1
First, hold the two quilt corners on the same side with both hands.
2
Lift the quilt to both sides forcibly, so that the quilt can be neatly laid flat on the bed.
three
Fold the quilt from the outside to the inside, which is about one third of the width of the quilt. As shown in the figure below:
four
Fold the remaining third of the quilt from the inside out, so that the whole width of the quilt is folded into one third of the whole quilt.
five
At this time, we will find some wrinkles on the quilt surface. At this time, we will try our best to smooth these wrinkles by hand.
six
As shown in the figure below, it stops when the quilt surface becomes almost wrinkle-free.
seven
This time, pinch a strip with a width of about 8 cm at about one-fifth of the length of the quilt with both hands.
eight
Hold both sides of the strip made in step 7 with both hands.
Pull the strip upward with force, so that the whole strip bulges, as shown in the figure below.
Repeat steps 7-9 to make a raised strip at the other end of the quilt.
At this time, one-fifth of the quilt outside the strip is folded and looks like the picture below.
Follow the step 1 1 to treat the other end of the quilt so that it looks like the picture below.
At this time, you will find that the two sides of the quilt are very irregular. We folded the two parts by hand.
At this time, repeat steps 7-9 to make the middle part of the quilt into a convex strip.
Fold the left part of the quilt to the right to make it look like the picture below.
At this time, we will find that there should be a cotton mouth at one end of the quilt, so it is ugly. Turn the quilt over with both hands, so that the flat side faces outward.
We still find that the corners of the quilt are quite irregular, so we dig the corners of the quilt with our hands to make it angular.
Fold the neat standard square towel, and the effect is as follows.

Matters needing attention
If it's a new quilt, it's better to press it with your body, so it's easier to fold.
