(II) Before the land requisition is submitted for approval, the municipal and county land resources bureaus or land resources offices shall investigate and verify the ownership, type and area of the land to be requisitioned and the ownership, type, specification and quantity of the ground attachments, truthfully fill in the confirmation form of the land requisition investigation results, and confirm it with the seal and signature of the rural collective economic organizations, farmers and the owners of the ground attachments. (3) Before the land requisition is submitted for approval, the municipal and county land and resources bureaus shall make a notice of hearing, informing the landless rural collective economic organizations and farmers' local labor and social security departments of the compensation standards, resettlement methods, conditions and quantity of social security objects, financing channels and payment ratio of landless farmers, and informing them of their right to apply for a hearing on compensation standards, resettlement methods and social security measures. The "Notice of Hearing" was posted by the land and resources department in the village where the land was expropriated to inform the landless farmers.
