Manufacturing method of ruffled pillowcase;
1) Cut the front and rear pieces of pillowcase according to the size of the pillow core, and the length and width of the cut pieces are 2.5cm higher than that of the pillow core. The length of the lotus leaf is 2-3 times the circumference of the pillow core, and the width of the lotus leaf is 6- 12 cm. Face the front of the flounce fabric, sew the two ends to form a ring, then fold the back of the ring fabric up and down, divide it into four equal parts, and cut 1 cm at the edge of the fabric between each part for marking.
2) Cover the edge of the flounce fabric with a strong fine cotton rope (or nylon rope) and sew it with a wide Z needle, with the fine cotton thread in the center of the Z needle during sewing. Wrap the lotus leaf around the front piece of the pillowcase, align the four cuts with the midpoint of the four sides of the pillowcase, and fix them with a bead needle.
3) Tighten the fine cotton rope to make the lotus leaf present uniform fine folds, and then fix it with a bead needle.
4) Sew lotus leaves on the four sides of the front piece of the pillowcase.
5) The front of the back piece of the pillowcase is overlapped with the front piece, so that the lotus leaf is located between the front piece and the back piece, and the front piece and the back piece are fixed by sewing, leaving a seam of 20 cm.
6) Turn the pillowcase from the back mouth to the front, insert it into the pillow core, and sew the back mouth sparsely to complete the production of the ruffled pillowcase.
