Materials needed for beautifying fish tanks
Fish tanks (fish tanks must be turned on for beautification), lamps should be equipped separately (positive grass with one liter of water and one watt of light, negative grass with T5HO or halogen), carbon dioxide cylinders (it is best not to do it yourself, after all, gas cylinders are easy to save, and good gas cylinders are safe to add and decompress), filtration systems (external filters) and scissors (you can consider surgical scissors and tweezers in pharmacies).
Fish tank beautification steps
1. Laying base fertilizer and bottom sand: The long-acting base fertilizer should be laid on the bottom of the fish tank before the fish tank is drained, and then a layer of clean sand is laid. The thickness of the sand layer should be at least 5 cm. If the sand layer is too thin, aquatic plants will float easily when planting, and if it is too thick, aquatic plants will not be able to absorb the base fertilizer normally and grow healthily.
2. Landscaping: arrange the landscaping elements such as heavy wood and stone into the tank according to the idea of conception, and adjust the position. Tie whiskers such as triangle Mu Si to heavy branches with black lines.
3. Small rockery, shale and other slightly "aesthetic" stones need to be tested with vinegar before use. Marbles containing a lot of limestone can't be put in. They can only be cleaned with a brush and put in an aquarium.
4. First add a little water to wet the bottom mud, then start planting grass, and use tweezers to implant the roots of aquatic plants into the bottom mud. The order is to plant grass in Taiwan, and then plant grass in the foreground. In this way, the prototype of the whole set has been presented.
5. Finally, inject water. When injecting water, the action must be slow to prevent excessive water flow from damaging the landscape. Generally, water can be added to 90% of the tank, and then the circulation system is turned on.
