Job description and requirements:

1, under the arrangement of the department head, independently responsible for the design of decoration projects;

2, according to the design standards, draw all kinds of drawings;

3. Be responsible for tracking this project;

4, according to the requirements of workflow, cooperate with other departments;

5. Go to the construction site regularly to check the construction situation, check whether the construction is consistent with the requirements of the drawings, and make timely design adjustments for various situations that occur during the construction process, such as the increase of engineering quantity and the deviation of drawings;

6. Make the project design plan to ensure the smooth realization of the design progress goal;

7. Confirm the decoration engineering materials.

Requirements:

1, 25-45 years old, college degree or above, major in engineering or related;

2, more than 5 years design related work experience;

3. Skillful use of AUTOCAD, PHOTOSHOP, 3DMAX and other related architectural design software;

4. Strong architectural design ability and professional coordination ability, and experience in large-scale commercial space design;

5. Be enterprising and responsible.
