One of the ways to fix the board on the wall: this method is relatively simple and can be made directly from the wood core board. First, cut the wall with a cutting machine to a depth of about 5 cm, directly embed the cut board into the groove, fill it with white latex and gypsum, and fix it. But it should be noted that this method can only be used for decoration, not for bearing.
The second method of fixing the plate on the wall: "anchor bolt reinforcement method" is also very simple. First, punch a few holes in the board (of course, it depends on the length of the board. This method should not be too long), then make a few holes in the wall horizontally and nail 2-3 "anchor bolts" in it. The hole spacing should be determined according to the hole spacing on the plate. Drive the "anchor bolt" into the wall. The "anchor bolt" is about 10 cm, half of which is in the wall and the other half is leaking. There is a hole in the board. Just insert it into the anchor bolt. This method still has a certain bearing capacity.
The third way to fix the plate on the wall: this is a way to make the plate bear the load. Take the installation of 20mm cabinet board as an example. The method is as follows: a hand drill, an electric hammer, a cross screwdriver and a hammer. The number of expanding tubes to be punched is determined by yourself, usually one corner on each of the four feet. Drill a deep hole with a thickness of 10mm on the wall of the cabinet board every 20cm with a hand drill (generally in the corner, it is useful to inflate), and then put the board in the position you want to fix. The depth of the hole depends on the width of the board and the weight of the object placed on the cabinet board in the future, and is generally not less than 15cm. Then use an impact drill to punch holes in the corresponding position on the wall, use internal expansion nails on the wall, and use a trowel to brace the ceiling as10 mm. After the expansion nail is in place, align the hole of the cabinet board with the brace, and knock the cabinet board to the bottom with a rubber hammer. Post-processing (it is suggested that the landlord can make changes according to his own needs), scrape putty at the joints of the plate and the eyes where the plate has just been fixed, polish it with sandpaper, and then paste wallpaper.
The fourth method of fixing wooden boards on the wall: this is a simple method, mainly used to install narrow wooden boards, which are ready-made objects, that is, nails. There are many specifications for nails, usually 3 cm. If the board is wide, you can also use longer nails, such as 6 cm nails. This nail is long and thick, so it is no problem to nail the board directly to the wall.
The fifth method of fixing the board to the wall: As we all know, the board and the wall can be fixed together with nails. It is similar to a tripod and can be seen from the outside, unlike the above method, which is hidden and integrated with the wall.
There are several ways to fix the board on the wall, but the complexity is different and the bearing capacity is different in different ways. You can choose according to your actual needs. Because wooden boards are usually fixed on the wall in the later period of decoration, we must be careful and protect them during construction.
