Four. Rights and obligations of both parties
1. Party A shall pay the price to Party B as agreed, and provide the building materials such as cement, sand, steel bars, etc. required for the building according to Party B's construction progress;
2. Party A shall provide water and electricity for Party B's use and ensure that water and electricity can be used normally;
3. Party B shall ensure that the project is completed as scheduled according to the design intention of Party A to build the house, and ensure that the quality of the house meets the industry requirements and overall requirements, and the required professional equipment such as mixers, scaffolding, pipes, etc. shall be provided by Party B;
4. During the construction, Party B shall be responsible for the personnel employed by its own headquarters, organize and supervise the construction, and be responsible for the quality of the house. In case of any safety accident during construction, all the injuries caused shall be borne by Party B, and Party A shall not bear any responsibilities.
5. Party A does not participate in the construction organized by Party B, but has the right to supervise the construction process of Party B. If any quality problem is found in the house built by Party B, Party A shall communicate with Party B in time and have the right to ask Party B to correct it in time. After Party A accepts the quality of the house built by Party B, both parties sign it, and Party B completes the delivery obligation.

In the course of construction, Party A has the right to ask Party B to stop work or rectify when it finds that Party B has cut corners and is irresponsible for the work that affects the quality of the house.
