From the point of view of tasting, the fragrant cellar should be clear and transparent, a bit like Wuliangye's slightly blue feeling. There is still a sense of oil when shaking, and there is a faint yellowish oil, but it is not obvious. When shaking, it's a bit like hanging a glass of low-alcohol wine. It quickly hangs from the top to the bottom, forming a wine column.
Wuliangye is produced in Yibin, the wine capital of China, one of the top ten spirits producing areas in the world. It is made from five kinds of grains, namely sorghum, rice, glutinous rice, wheat and corn, with an ancient technological formula. This is the first wine brewed from five grains in the world.
