Measures for the administration of outdoor advertising facilities and signboards in Qingyuan City
Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of outdoor advertising facilities and signboards, create a standardized, orderly, clean and beautiful city appearance environment, and enhance the degree of urban civilization, these measures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the Advertising Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on the Administration of City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation, and the Regulations on the Administration of City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation of Qingyuan City, combined with the actual situation of our city. Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the installation of outdoor advertising facilities and signboards and their supervision and management activities in urban built-up areas of this Municipality and other areas where urbanization management is implemented.

The planning and management of outdoor advertising facilities within a certain range on both sides of expressways, national highways, provincial highways, county roads and township roads shall be implemented in accordance with the Guangdong Provincial Highway Regulations and other relevant laws and regulations.

These Measures are not applicable to the use of urban roads, public places and highways to set up traffic signs, road signs and guiding signs. Article 3 The term "outdoor advertising facilities" as mentioned in these Measures refers to the act of advertising to outdoor places and spaces in the form of light boxes, inkjet printing, display boards, window, physical modeling, electronic display devices and projections. By using the following carriers:

Article 4 The setting of outdoor advertisements and signboards shall follow the principles of unification and standardization, safety and order, energy conservation and environmental protection, and quality improvement. Fifth city management department is responsible for guiding, coordinating and supervising the management of outdoor advertising facilities and signboards in counties (cities, districts). Township people's governments and sub-district offices are responsible for the daily management, supervision and inspection of outdoor advertisements and signs in their respective jurisdictions.
