1. The phone is turned on. 2. Mobile phone networking. 3. Log in to Huawei account on your mobile phone. 4. Turn on the phone and get it back.

Step 1: You can log in to the HiCloud Huawei cloud service portal through your computer and click "Find my mobile phone".

Step 2: Verify the password login of Huawei account for the second time.

Step 3: Enter the "Find My Mobile Phone" page, select the name of the mobile phone device to be located, and then click "Locate".

1. The location display is offline: the mobile phone is not connected to the internet or turned off, so the webpage cannot be located.

2. Location display shows no device: the mobile phone is not logged into Huawei cloud service, so turn on the "Find My Mobile Phone" button.

Note: If offline or no equipment is displayed under the condition of meeting the mobile phone positioning at the same time, it is recommended to try to cancel Huawei account and log in again on the mobile phone. When the mobile phone is successfully located, it can remotely send information to the device, remotely lock the device or clear the data and play the ringtone. When the mobile phone can't find its location, it can still lock the device and clear the data.
