I've been planning it for about three months. At this time, the Spring Festival is approaching, and another tough battle is about to be fought. Being tepid, taking the initiative to transfer from planning to execution department to help. All other departments in the company are girls, and only the executive department is a boy.
Our company is not big. A wedding usually has a designer, a florist, three part-time executors of 1 and five complex venues. The designer is responsible for the drawings, and the florist is responsible for the on-site floral part.
If these part-time partners have some experience, a wedding will be arranged very quickly, but if they have no experience, they need to be watched by colleagues from time to time, which will delay efficiency.
The scenes that need to be set for a wedding are generally the sign-in area (the place where red envelopes are collected, which has always been liked), the photo area (the place where couples take photos), the dessert area (the place where delicious desserts and cakes are provided), the handover area (the place where the father gives the bride to the groom), the runway (the road to happiness) and the main stage (the sacred ceremony place).

But when it comes to simplicity, some scenes are very time-consuming. For example, at the top of a 12*5 square meter stage hard yarn tower (tulle, a commonly used prop, looks elegant and full of fairy tales), it is necessary to pull the wire rope to divide the area into strips, then spread the flat props on the rope, then fix the yarn on the flat props according to the required shape, and then hang it to the top of the stage after completion. It will take about 2 hours for everyone to make this roof alone.
So let alone other areas to be built, it will take time. Because it started very late, basically every execution will stay up late and end very late. After the wedding on that day, some props should be removed immediately and brought back to the warehouse for display. The whole rest time is very short.
Staying up late is not good for your health. Occasionally people will be more tired. And the wedding execution, in a big period, is constantly cooking, which simply regards life as a blessing to the couple.
I still remember an outdoor wedding in England during the Spring Festival this year. For various reasons, I only slept for three hours that day, and then I went back and continued to struggle at other wedding scenes the next day.
I have been in a state of long-term tension and fatigue for a whole month. After three days off, I went to work again without getting over it. The reward of hard work is that in that month, * * * completed more than 20 weddings, and I attended 10 weddings. Every time I see two new people taking the oath on the stage, I am deeply moved. At this moment, the value of hard work is transformed into happiness, which is infinitely magnified.

All along, the biggest dream of on-site decoration people is not to stay up late. However, the admission time of the hotel is stipulated, and how to improve the layout efficiency has always been a difficult problem for the executive department.
If external factors are uncontrollable, they will not be considered. At this time, it is more from its own reasons. For example, be familiar with the operation of complex props in advance, make specially customized props, supervise the progress of all personnel, analyze the sequence of scene arrangement, train part-time staff in advance, guide and encourage them when arranging, and so on.
I have tried my best not to stay up late. But people are not as good as heaven. Even if they are well prepared, there will always be some moths on the scene, which will affect efficiency and lead to staying up late. But the good news is that what you prepare will always be more or less effective.
Although I still stay up late, compared with before, I won't finish it so late, which improves efficiency and increases rest time.
So planning is psychological fatigue, and execution is really exhausting. The executor is more like a gear in a watch. They won't be seen, but they are doing the hardest work and making others happy in their own way.
