1, Golden Camel Winery was established in 195 1, and produced in Baotou City. It is the oldest liquor in Inner Mongolia, mainly Luzhou-flavor liquor. Camel liquor industry used to produce only a single variety of Camel brand Erguotou, but now it has become a large-scale liquor enterprise with three flavors: faint scent, strong scent and sesame scent. Different from the traditional spirits in Inner Mongolia, the famous products of Golden Camel Winery are mostly medium and low-alcohol wines, and some of them are more than 50% Luzhou-flavor and Sesame-flavor wines.
2. On the basis of inheriting the freshness, purity, aroma and alcohol of traditional fen-flavor liquor, Golden Camel liquor has added a little softness to its body through technological innovation. This paper introduces the technological innovations such as stacking fermentation technology of Maotai-flavor liquor, which increases the mellow and rich sense of base liquor and produces multi-grain and multi-qu liquor with different styles and characteristics.
