Through these works, we deeply feel that teachers' professional development training is the only way to improve the service quality of all staff, to enhance teachers' self-worth, to embody the concept of school development and teacher development, and to train all staff, the whole process and all-round training. However, the practice of school-based training in our school is still in an exploratory state, and a relatively perfect management system and training concept have not been established, which is far from the requirements of realizing the six goals of curriculum reform. In addition, due to the shortage of school funds and insufficient investment in hardware facilities, the development of school-based training to a wider and wider network has been hindered, so the work of further development is still very arduous. The development of school-based teaching and research activities provides a good platform for teachers to learn and improve.
