(1) bill color
"Wu Chuan Piao Se", which started in Qing Dynasty, is a wonderful work of folk art in southern China. The so-called floating color is that several people push a "color board" decorated with characters in a fixed posture. These characters are only supported by an invisible "color stalk", dancing and flying in the air that can surpass people, so they are called "gone with the wind". What is particularly wonderful is that the figures fluttering in the air only stand on a tassel gun or sword tail; More interestingly, some characters are still dancing with live animals (such as cocks, pigeons, carp, goldfish, etc.). ), giving people a sense of mystery. Characters with floating colors are generally designed and dressed according to the artistic modeling of dramatic characters. Its content includes historical stories, or myths and legends, or modern themes. A floating color often shows a wonderful close-up like a flowing small stage. Nowadays, floating colors are usually dressed by children aged about 2 to 6 years old, which has developed from one layer of floating colors in the past to one, two or three layers of floating colors now. The plastic arts have developed from a single carpentry and ironwork skill to a comprehensive "floating modeling" which integrates film, drama, magic and acrobatics. People will get an indescribable artistic enjoyment by watching all kinds of fluttering colors.
(2) clay sculpture
On the Lantern Festival, large life-size clay sculptures will be displayed in the streets of Lumei Town and nearby villages. Most of these clay sculptures are based on traditional dramas and fairy tales, such as Qu Yuan, Yue Fei and Bai Niangzi ... Almost all the characters on the opera stage are their objects. There are also modeling works that reflect the theme of contemporary real life. Clay figurines have smooth lines, vivid images, delicate and realistic expressions and appropriate colors, and are mostly exquisite works of art.
Lumei clay sculpture is said to have a history of nearly a thousand years. The rise and development of clay sculpture is related to the developed brick and tile pottery industry in Lu Mei. According to legend, as early as the Lantern Festival in the late Tang Dynasty and early Song Dynasty, some potters and artists in Wayao Village, Lu Mei created life-size clay sculptures with brick and tile mud for exhibition, which attracted many audiences. Since then, Melo has generally exhibited clay sculptures at the Lantern Festival. In ancient times, clay sculptures on display not only praised the creation of positive figures, but also made fun of social phenomena. According to the legend of Meilutou Village, during the Zhu Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, the emperor sent officials to various places to hold beauty contests in search of exotic flowers and plants, which made people miserable and complained bitterly. Therefore, people in Meilutou Village made clay sculptures of Zhu Yuanzhang (Hongwu) and his wife, which were displayed at the Lantern Festival. Mud looks big eyes, big belly and big feet. Big eyes mean greed, a big belly and big feet trampling on people. When this story reached the ears of Zhu Hongwu, he was furious and wrote a letter to kill the local people. Later, a glib villager argued, "What's wrong with this clay sculpture praising the emperor?" Zhu Yuanzhang was speechless and had to give up. Since then, clay sculpture has become a traditional art for Meilutou to celebrate the Lantern Festival.

Approaching the Flower Bridge, on both sides of the bridge, flowers are blooming, poems and paintings are hung high, lanterns are shining, and they are reflected in the water for everyone to enjoy and associate.
